Michael MacCready - CEO
As the CEO of Mac Lamar Management, Michael assists with the management and operation of all assets. He oversees all activities from developing budgets to managing onsite employees. This ensures that our properties perform at the highest level, maximizing the value of each asset. Michael received his B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and over the past ten years has worked as a Manager, Regional Supervisor, Asset Manager, and Development Associate. He has been involved in multifamily asset management at all levels in the industry, assisting in ground up development, acquisitions, operations, asset management, and retail management, of numerous properties nationwide. This extensive knowledge and experience in multifamily assets allows Michael to provide our owners with an unparalleled advantage in maximizing their ROI. |
Ryan Joseph - President
Ryan is the President of Mac Lamar Management. Ryan handles all of the day-to-day operations of our Property Management Division. Ryan received his B.S. in Business from the University of Arkansas and has overseen all of the rehab projects that were awarded to Mac Lamar. Ryan’s knowledge in all areas of construction is extremely comprehensive and allows him to properly evaluate both maintenance issues and capital improvements that save our owners time and money. |
Andrew Satz- Director of Operations & Accounting
Andrew oversees our financial operations and accounting for our properties and management company as well as new property acquisitions and business development . He serves as link between managers, employees, property owners, and clients. Andrew grew up in the Corpus Christi area and received his BBA (Bachelor's of Business Administration) degree from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Andrew aspires to grow his career in real estate by getting a Texas Real Estate License and become a property owner using his vast knowledge of the business. He currently resides in San Antonio and joined our team in June 2015. |
Blaine Jacobson - Regional Manager (Dallas Portfolio)
Blaine is the regional manager over Dallas and Fort Worth Texas portfolio. He brings over 20 years experience in the property management industry. Blaine has been involved in every position from maintenance to regional manager overseeing 2400 units in 5 different states simultaneously. He has extensive business development experience within highly competitive markets. Analytical professional skilled in successfully navigating the multi-family industry large and small. He is also a collaborative communicator that is continually focused on building relationships, promoting synergy between investors and onsite teams to drive positive change, and comprehensive policies that enhance the clients NOI. |
Tiffany Dunlap - San Marcos/Lockhart Property Manager
Tiffany is a seasoned Property Manager and Leasing Agent with over 12 years’ experience in residential property rentals. She is well-versed in tenant/landlord and Fair Housing law. Success in fostering relationships between property owners and tenants is one of her top priorities. Tiffany has proven history of developing marketing strategies and leveraging online resources to meet and exceed occupancy rate goals. |
Elisa Salazar - San Antonio Property Manager
Elisa joined the Mac Lamar team in 2016 and has been working in the property management industry for over a decade. She started as a leasing agent, worked as assistant manager, and now into the role of property manager. She wants to continue to grow and expand her role in the company. Elisa oversees our San Antonio portfolio including the day-to-day management, tenant relations, and all other operations of maintaining her properties. |
Allen Roberts - Corpus Christi Property Manager
Allen joined our team in 2016 as a maintenance technician. His potential and sales characteristics were immediately noticed and promoted to a leasing agent for our Corpus Christi portfolio. Always exceeding expectations and showing amazing results leasing apartments, his career furthered when offered the property management position in Corpus Christi. He fosters relationships between tenants and management and focuses on leasing to always ensure that our properties are 100% occupied. Allen wishes to pursue future growth in the industry by obtaining his real estate license to further his knowledge of the property management business. |
Ana Guajardo - Property Accountant
Ana assists with day-to-day operations and financial aspects of the company. She manages the accounts payable department and is responsible for all data entry. Ana ensure our complexes run smoothly by handling the current utility accounts and opening new ones as needed. Ana is originally from South Carolina but transferred to Robstown, TX with her family at an early age and went on to study economics and accounting at Texas A&M University Kingsville. She has been a member of the team since July 2015. |
Richard Jasso - Corpus Christi Maintenance Supervisor
Rich oversees our portfolio in Corpus Christi in all aspects of maintenance. From preventative maintenance to work order completion to tech supervision, Rich is involved in all of these areas to make sure our tenant's maintenance issues are taken care of. |
