Founded in 2015, Mac Lamar Management is a real estate property management company that specializes in maximizing value and revenue generation for property owners, investors, and developers in the multifamily industry.  Mac Lamar Management is headquartered in Corpus Christi, TX, a centrally located region of the country and has resources to oversee properties on a national level.  The expertise of the team can offer services on all aspects of real estate investments and management from ground up development and construction to 3rd party operations.

Mac Lamar clients enjoy the benefits from the expertise of the tenured corporate team. We have the resources and experience to identify and train individuals in the multifamily industry to personally oversee assets with corporate support teams to maximize value for multifamily properties.  Mac Lamar currently oversees 2500+ units, valued at an estimated 200 million dollars in the Dallas, San Marcos, Lockhart, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi regions of central Texas as well as Tallahassee Florida.  The portfolio is comprised of student housing, conventional, Home Owners Associations, and privately owned assets.
